Hi it’s me Sandra. All day today Bibi called me Sweet Sandra Applebelly. It’s because I ate something that I found on her side of our porch. Yesterday she forgot to put the divider there so I explored a little. I found whole bag of just perfect apples. I got myself one out of the bag. A whole bag of apples and all night in front of me!
The mice can have my pellets, too, Sandra. All I require is they somehow get me a nice, perfect, juicy apple in return (making me hungry). My generosity has a price.
I am responding on behalf of Truffle the indoor grey tuxedo cat. What a lovely post! We also wonder about the fruit rule. Please share if you find out. I can add that Truffle's brother, Chesley (something to do with landing in the Hudson), just loves fresh arugula. I do not; I like cat food. OK Bye. 🐾

Sandra, I think the one tablespoon is so you don't become a fur ball, with emphasis on the ball.
I not sure though. I'm not a bunny doctor.
